Currently seeking a Caretaker Team,
Double 4 Ranch near Wheatland, WY
Responsible for physical security, maintenance, greater property and affiliated properties, including houses, adjacent buildings and facilities, grounds, animals, equipment, machinery, and security/utility systems. As well as responsible for a variety of domestic services in houses.
Positions are best suited for a couple who will live full time on the property in a single family dwelling. These jobs are suitable to very motivated people that are willing and able to complete many tasks and work without direct supervision on a diversified ranch. Must have relevant work experience, handyman skills, cooking and household skills, equipment maintenance skills, valid driver’s license and good driving record, good communication and interpersonal skills, and must be willing to work extended hours and weekends. Position requires to be physically able to work outdoors in all types of weather, on hard surfaces, and uneven terrain; be able to climb to and work at heights of up to 25 feet; be able to safely operate machinery, equipment, power and hand tools, work safely with chemicals and cleaning agents; and be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting and carrying of equipment, supplies, furniture, feed, and miscellaneous items weighing up to 75 pounds.
