We are looking for skilled farm hand that is dependable and a hard worker for a private Farm. Must be an organized self-motivated and detailed individual.
The perfect candidate must be capable of operating farm equipment including tractors, fixing fences, and familiar with ditch/well pumps systems irrigation. Duties include being aware of all farm activity for a 120 acre ranch and may include any combination of farm grounds, fences and irrigation maintenance. ANYTHING that needs to be done is within the scope of this position. Specific duties could include mowing, weed eating, irrigating, putting up/maintaining fences, irrigating pastures, & caring for equipment.
In the winter making repairs to facility/equipment, winterizing/servicing equipment for the next season, cleaning/maintaining property grounds, snow removal. Experience with being around livestock is required. Although the candidate will not be looking after livestock. Livestock on property only to in the summer for lease pastures grazing.
Tuesday to Saturday 40 hrs/week in the high season. Monday to Friday 36 hrs/week in the low season. Drivers license with good driving record is required. Must be able to pass a background check. This is a drug free facility. Legal to work in THE US. $13/hr on a payroll, bi-monthly pay on the 15th & last day of the month.
