Laborer/handy man wanted. Northern New Mexico general laborer needed on ranch.
Duties include: -General maintenance -Keep all equipment serviced and repaired -Flood irrigating -Crop maintenance –
Assistant to owner on various tasks -Mowing -Helping with keeping things organized and clean -Overall clean up of property -Occasional running errands -Upkeep of ranch infrastructure: Welding and Fabrication a plus! Electrical and plumbing repair a plus! Carpentry skills but not required.

The successful candidate must have the following work-related skills and abilities: 1. High mechanical aptitude and passion for anything from small gasoline engines to large diesel tractors 2. Skillfully operate heavy machinery. 6. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds 7. Willingness and ability to work long hours and do rigorous physical work
Must have : Reliable transportation Valid Drivers license & Soc sec# Be in good physical shape -No heavy drinkers or drug addicts -Team player – vision oriented -mechanical experience a must

We are seeking an applicant that is motivated, self-starting, honest and reliable. Salary will be dependent on work experience. Housing available and many fun projects happening for those interested in not just thinking outside of the box but getting rid of it completely. Positive energy and attitude is a must. Looking for immediate start and if summer goes well possibly working out a longer term position.
