Line Cook needed at full service restaurant & guest hunting & fishing lodge
Looking for individual to run kitchen at our lodge,(a restaurant open to the public and serving hunting & fishing clientele). Must be 21 years of age to work in bar.
Dates: Mid June or 1st of July to end of October
Qualifications:
• Direct experience cooking in fast paced restaurant plus group meals
• Experience in food service, lodging, or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills – spoken, written, email, and phone
• Ability to maintain accurate records (could be responsible for managing daily records of business when owners are gone)
• Ability and desire to live on-site at the lodge-not necessary but is easier.
Primary position is Cook/Kitchen Manager: Must be willing to help in all aspects of the Lodge including: Cooking, waiting on clients/customers, cleaning, and any other general duties associated with the property.
Pay depending on experience. All meals, utilities and housing will be provided.
Salary: $1500 -$2000/mo + studio living quarters
