Small private ranch seeks live-in help who can help with horses (grooming, riding, handling), pasture & property management (manure removal, tree trimming), dog & cat care (feeding, yard cleaning), house/animal watching while owners travel, general handyman duties (fence repair, basic building). Flexible hours based on whether owners are on or off property.
Private, furnished 1bedroom apartment in garage, separate from house. All utilities, TV and other amenities. Additional salary paid based on experience (would love someone with horse training experience). Must be at least 21, have own transportation, extremely responsible. Long term desired, references/background check required.
