We are currently looking for a new stable manager! Live in / On Site Horse Stable Manager 2 bedroom, 1 bath onsite mobile home, includes electricity, propane, water, trash and internet PLUS your salary. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the stables. Effectively oversee the care and well being of horses both belonging to the stables and the boarders as necessary.

MUST have experience: Horsemanship experience and knowledge. Strong organizational, team management and customer service skills. An overall love of horses and ranch lifestyle. Responsibilities (on job training is provided for some responsibilities): Directly responsible for overseeing day to day care of horses and stables. (Must be able to lift, push or some how move 100 + lbs hay bales) Schedule and oversee visits from vets, farriers, dentists and others as needed. Oversee maintenance and upkeep of stables including paddocks, buildings, fences, landscaping, bathroom, trash etc. Oversee upkeep/ organization of tack for stables horses. Ensure the security/ safety of the stables by overseeing all onsite activities and monitoring site access. Maintain inventory of office and horse supplies and reorder as necessary. Maintain an accurate and up to date horse feeding chart and turnout schedule. Responsible for calculating and submitting employee payroll Responsible for all business transactions Responsible for keeping the main office clean, organized and free of debris or clutter. Proper customer service, phone etiquette and scheduling skills. Maintaining updated boarder information and boarding contracts. Able to lead trail rides when necessary
