The Maintenance Lead acts as a working lead. Assigns work to maintenance workers as needed to keep the hotel building, restaurant, 4 apartment complex’s and surrounding environment safe and clean for our residents.
Experience: Basic working knowledge of building maintenance, preventative maintenance, plumbing, commercial washers and dryers, mechanical (Boiler) and electrical systems.
This is not a seasonal job. Looking for a full-time maintenance lead to be committed year round with a flexible schedule.

Salary: $36,000-$40,000
