Marble Mountain Ranch is a family focused business that offers a broad range of adventure activities including horse back trail riding, white water rafting, shooting sports, and more.

We are currently hiring in nearly all positions including wrangling, river guiding, massage therapist, range master and sous chef. We can offer training in white water rafting for interested applicants but experience is required for all other job positions. Mixing job titles is also a possibility.

Pay rates range from $150 – $175 / day plus tips, housing, and most meals. Our seasonal work commitment is from the first week of June through the third week of August with some positions extending longer and possibly full time.
