Job includes a 3 bedroom/ 1 bath home with utilities paid. Fair rental value equivalent to no less than $1.200/ month.
Job requirements include working brangus cattle, some hunting guide work (with tips), maintaining feeders, filling with blower trailer/feed wagon, keeping full and operational, record keeping, checking water lines, keeping water troughs clean and in working order, cleaning main home, lawn maintenance, cleaning vehicles, maintenance upkeep on vehicles, maintaining roadways, heavy equipment operating (motor grader, bulldozer, dump truck), keeping property clean.
Possible deer cleaning/dressing paid separately.
Non-smoker/no dipping preferred. Must be good communicator, personable, strong back for heavy lifting.
Salary pending experience. References required and random drug testing.
