Third Day Ranch
Looking for the right individual who desires to be a part of our hay and cattle business. We are a well established company (with 3 locations) seeking labor to run equipment baling hay and loading hay. Our business is 70% hay and 30% cattle.
Ideally experience in the following will be seen as important skills:
-Ability to operate machinery (Tractors, Dozer, Loaders, etc.)
-Farm Welder (non-expert level, yet able to repair items)
-Fencing experience a plus-but not required (will teach if needed)
-Cattle experience a plus-not required (will teach if needed)
-Must be a self starter and very dependable. Must be able to work well with others and the public. Must have a valid drivers license. Core Traits: -Honest and hardworking type-someone who enjoys this life
-Acceptable background (we will do a thorough background check including references)
-Teachable (you won’t have to know everything-some things will need to be taught)
-Integrity (more important than the actual skill level to us)

Compensation: On average: Between $700-$850 per week (including overtime) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $700.00 to $800.00 /week Required education: High school or equivalent Required experience: Farming: 1 year
