Happy Trails Ranch
We are seeking an individual/couple to maintain our ranch homes located in East Central, TX.
Duties include:
Housekeeping and House management – including maintaining houses and scheduling / overseeing contractors and others necessary to the maintenance of ranch houses.
Cooking and cleaning for family and guests when they visit the ranch.
The successful candidate will possess the following traits:
• Strong work ethic
• Honest in all things
• Dedicated to seeing a task complete
• Able to self-manage, and prioritize tasks
• Flexible schedule, with ability to work weekends as needed and some holidays and respond to critical needs
We are looking for an individual/couple with experience in similar situation working or managing a rural property The owner does not live on site, so we need a hard worker in unsupervised situations who must be able to complete projects and work independently. You can communicate frequently and clearly with absentee owner on projects and issues via email.
This is a physically demanding job and is a long term opportunity for a stable person / couple. You must be eligible to work in the United States, have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, no criminal record or outstanding warrants and be drug free.
