Skills and qualifications:
5+ years of successful management experience in grounds and ranch maintenance
Make and follow a business plan and budgets
Deal cordially and professionally with hunters, guests and ranch owners
Operate and maintain farm and road maintenance machinery (Bobcat, tractor, etc.)
Manage deer leases, hunters camp, animal census
Maintenance of stock tanks, water pumps and irrigation lines
Work with livestock – cattle and horses
Bilingual English/Spanish
Bookkeeping and maintenance of contracts
Interact with trail riding operator and event planners
Internet savvy – emails, text, etc.
