International Search Ranch Manager/Cowboy
• Relevant experience on ranch at least 10,000 heads beef cattle (preferable from USA Canada)
• Highly professional specialist in work with beef cattle farms and horses, who has experience of risk management and staff training
• Education: bachelor’s degree in animal science will be plus
• Experience: more than 10 years of managing beef cattle farm, work with ranching horses, horse breeding
• Managing of beef farm (in all production circles)
• Beef cattle feeding, fodder conservation, managing pasture of livestock, rotation of pasture
• Service of beef cattle, work on horse with cattle, work with lasso, managing of cattle overlanding, managing of livestock health
• astride riding, service of horses, clearing and horseshoeing, horse training,
• Training of farm staff
