The Ranch Manager shall oversee all the activities of a 7,000-acre Colorado mountain ranch including family guest services, natural resource management and agricultural production programs. The applicant needs to demonstrate an ability to apply an integrated resource management approach with emphasis on hunting and wildlife management, cold water fisheries, habitat management, family recreation and guest services, and livestock and haying operations. The Ranch Manager will supervise up to 3 full-time staff as well as seasonal and contract employees.
The Ranch Manager reports to the Ranch Owners and the Head of the Family Office of the Ranch Owners and directs the work of all Ranch employees, contractors and vendors on an as-needed basis. The Ranch Manager is responsible for all project management including the planning and development of construction projects for infrastructure and natural resource initiatives.
Salary: Includes housing, health, dental and vision, 401K, discretionary performance bonus, and a competitive salary based on experience.
