Skills/Experience Required:
• Previous ranch management experience
• Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical experience
• Equipment use and maintenance experience (Tractor, Mower, Small engine)
• Food plot, garden, and field maintenance experience
• Coordination and hiring of vendors, and temporary worker experience
• Wild game management experience Job Duties (include, but not limited to)
• Monthly shredding and mowing
• Brush clearing coordination and management
• Handyman maintenance of house structures
• Food plot plowing, planting, and maintenance
• Fence maintenance
• Road maintenance or vendor coordination
• Garden planting and maintenance
• Minor animal feeding and deer feeder maintenance
• Equipment maintenance (tractor, mower, small engine)
• Special project coordination
