The Ranches at Belt Creek is an exclusive 800 acre ranch community and private sporting club. The Ranch property borders Belt Creek, the Lewis & Clark National Forest, and the Sluice Boxes State Park and features an equestrian center, a clubhouse for gourmet dining, a shooting complex, and luxury accommodations for Members and their guests.

The Executive Chef position is one of the most important positions at the Ranch. RBC seeks a chef who brings the necessary energy, creativity and dedication to achieve this challenging task. The Executive Chef will have to wear several hats, and will be expected to work closely with the Ranch Manager in developing and executing an outstanding culinary experience.

The Executive Chef will have the opportunity to create cuisine based around wild game, fish, local lamb, beef, poultry, and fresh fruits and vegetables. This individual also will have the opportunity to help with wine pairing for meals and conduct all wine purchasing. The ability to create seasonal menus, while maintaining a consistent food and labor cost are important factors.

The Club serves dinner 6 days a week. Our Members and their guests enjoy the finer things in life and come from most major cities. This is a hands on ground floor opportunity with potential for national publicity, publications and creative programming. Onsite accommodations are available for the seasonal position.
