The Flying X Ranch is looking for Seasonal Ranch Hand/Wrangler positions for our 2017 season.
The Flying X Ranch is a Private Ranch Resort located off Hwy 34 between Wheatland, WY and Laramie, Wy.
Our 24,000 acre ranch provides the space and opportunities for our partners and guest to trail ride, ride ATV’s, fish, hike, hunt, shoot sporting clays, participate in other horse and non- horse related competitions, attend bands, holiday meals, and overnight rides.
Positions available May through September with possible availability in April and October.
Weekends and holidays mandatory!
Qualifications: Experienced horse rider, experienced horse handler, equine health sensibilities, strong work ethic, motivated and friendly personality, positive attitude, ability to follow directions.
Responsibilities: Wrangle in horses, grooming, saddling, lead guided rides on weekends, feeding and basic care of horses, maintenance of ground and fences, irrigation, haying, light construction, maintain ranch presentation and appearance.
