Energetic, team oriented couple needed to manage 1,500 acre property, including shareholders homes and guest cabins. Individuals must have initiative, responsibility and a genuine interest in people.

Property Manager Duties include but not limited to:

  • Basic accounting/bookkeeping for ranch income and expense
  • Hiring and supervising seasonal staff
  • General Maintenance and upkeep of structures and grounds
  • General Security of ranch
  • Scheduling cleaning for cabins and owner homes
  • Continue/establish good working relationship with vendors, contractors and visitors
  • Interact professionally with each homeowner and guests
  • Report directly to President
