Meadow Lark Ranch (Compassionate Concierge Physicians)
Looking for someone who is interested in Full Time, Year-Round, and Weekends. Only apply if you love working weekends as we are building a Parade 6-hitch and a Show 6-hitch of Draft Horses. This requires for staff to travel on weekends and the non-travel staff to be at the ranch on weekends.
The Meadow Lark Ranch is growing and expanding. Looking for hard working and humble team players. We DO NOT have on-site housing. You will need your own reliable vehicle to get to and from work. Only apply if you live a reasonable distance to commute to Longmont daily.
No dogs are allowed on the ranch.
No smoking of any kind allowed on the ranch.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily ranch operations, including feeding and caring for horses, maintaining pastures and fences, and operating equipment (skid steer, tractor, etc.).
- May provide basic animal care, including grooming, feeding, and administering medications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of barns, stables, and other ranch facilities.
Experience:
- Previous experience working on a farm or ranch is preferred.
- Knowledge of equine care and husbandry practices is helpful.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining ranch equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
