Position summary: We are seeking a Property Manager Assistant for a 200 acre mountain property with grounds and buildings maintenance and equipment operation experience.
The ideal candidate will have basic hands on skills for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping repair and maintenance. This position requires operation experience for snowplow, skidsteer, and UTVs . The Property Manager Assistant role requires a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can assist in maintaining the property to the highest standards. This person must be a team player with effective communication skills. Possessing and maintaining a valid Colorado drivers license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record is required.
Benefits:
- Compensation: $80,000 BOE
