We are in search of a full time ranch hand available to help us this 2025 Irrigation Season!

Primary duties include:

  • Moving irrigation systems to rotationally water fields in the morning, and again at midday
  • Helping to maintain/turn compost and mulch piles with a skid steer or tractor
  • Cleaning horse pens
  • Minor Repairs as needed (as is the ranch life!)

This person should be able to operate a tractor and skid steer safely, as well as be interested in learning regenerative ranching practices. On the ranch we operate as a team, and expect new members to do the same! We are willing to train for the right candidate, and pay will be based on experience and capability.
