Rangers Farm and Ranch Store
Rangers Farm and Ranch Supply is seeking a dependable and hard-working Clerk/Laborer to join our team. This position combines retail and physical labor responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, values customer service, and is comfortable in a farm and ranch environment.
Responsibilities:
Retail Clerk Duties:
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store
- Answer phone calls and assist with orders or product questions
- Receive inventory shipments and verify accuracy
Laborer Duties:
- Load and unload feed, fencing, tools, and other supplies
- Handle bulk deliveries and organize warehouse inventory
- Assist with maintenance and cleaning of shop and storage areas
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided if needed)
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in various weather conditions
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work weekends or flexible hours when needed
- Valid driver’s license preferred
