Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horses and a strong willingness to learn. This role involves various tasks essential to the daily operations of the ranch, including caring for livestock. The Ranch Hand will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of ranch activities.

*Must be available to work weekends*
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily care and feeding of livestock, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required for moving feed, supplies, or equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections on pens and stalls for proper function and to reduce the risk of injury to animals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Animal husbandry
- Scrubbing and refilling indoor/outdoor water troughs
- Handling livestock
Requirements
- Previous experience in farming or ranching is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Arriving on time for the scheduled shift.
- Ability to work alone and occasionally as part of a team
- Ability to work weekends
