We’re looking for the right individual to join us in a unique work-trade arrangement. You can either rent our trailer or bring your own. Must have equine experience and Instead of traditional rent, compensation will be in the form of labor, plus a small wage.
Work Includes:
• Mucking and feeding animals
• General farm maintenance and seasonal projects
• Other hands-on tasks as needed
This position could be seasonal or year-round depending on mutual fit.

• Reliable and self-motivated
• Willing to cheerfully take on dirty, physical work
• Able to take direction and work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible enough to pursue outside work while meeting responsibilities here
