Sandy Bottom Trail Rides
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Ranch Hand with Horse experience as a trail guide and excellent customer service to join our team for the season. Applicant must have clean record, own transportation, and able to work with our team. If you love working outdoors, are comfortable handling horses, and enjoy providing memorable trail rides for guests, we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications & Skills:
- Hands-on experience in a professional equine setting.
- Oversee daily care routines for all horses including feeding, watering, turnout, grooming, and stall cleaning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to converse with guests and other team members.
- Comfortable handling fit, high-energy horses and responding calmly in high-pressure situations.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work long hours, and adapt to changing barn schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Basic first aid.
- Bi-lingual is a plus for customer relations.
- Experience with farm equipment (e.g., tractors, gators).
