Position: Morning & Evening Feeder + Turnout Help for Miniature Horses

Animals: ~100 Miniature Horses
Job Type: Part-Time (2 hours/day)
Housing: On-site trailer available OR bring your own trailer (utilities included)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, animal-loving individual to help care for approximately 100 miniature horses on our peaceful 10-acre ranch in Myakka City, Florida. This is a part-time role focused on daily feeding.
Responsibilities:
- Feed horses in the morning (between 7:00–8:00 AM) and evening (between 4:30–5:30 PM) — hours are flexible
- Turn horses out in the morning and bring them into stalls in the evening
- Monitor water levels
- No mucking or medical care required
- Must be gentle, calm, and attentive to the horses
Live-On-Site Option:
- Stay in provided trailer on the property OR bring your own trailer
- Utilities are included
Qualifications:
- Prior horse experience is a plus but not required
- Must be punctual, responsible, and physically able to lead and handle horses safely
- Commitment to a consistent routine
