Job Title: Full-Time Live-In Property Caretaker for Private Family Farm
Location: Morgan County, Georgia

About the Role:
We are hiring a full-time Live-In Property Caretaker to manage and maintain a private 300+ acre property in Morgan County, GA. This is a hands-on position requiring experience with land, livestock, and equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and drug-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily care of horses: feeding, watering, grooming, fly spray
- Maintenance and repair of fences, gates, barns, and structures
- Operation of tractors, bush hogs, chainsaws, and other farm equipment
- Basic mechanical work and general handyman tasks
- Tree removal, field prep, brush clearing, and prescribed burns
- Wildlife and forest management, including food plots and pond oversight
- Security checks and storm prep/cleanup
- Supervising part-time help and overseeing small projects
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of tools and farm equipment
- Experience with horses and rural property upkeep
- Physically capable and willing to work outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable, trustworthy
- Valid driver’s license and references required
