📍 Based near Meeker, Colorado
We’re seeking a full-time Wrangler to join our team for the 2025 season — someone dependable, hardworking, and passionate about life in the saddle and the backcountry lifestyle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid horsemanship and livestock handling experience
- Ability to safely drive trucks with trailers (including manual transmission)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to live and work in rugged, remote backcountry
- Comfort working independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
- Physically and mentally tough — the work is demanding but deeply rewarding
- Clear, respectful communication with both clients and crew
- Housing is an option
- Season runs through November, with potential for year-round employment for the right person
- Willing to train the right candidate if you bring the right skills, attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus Skills (Greatly Valued, Not Required):
- Hunting guide experience (archery or rifle seasons)
- Farrier skills
- Mechanical knowledge
- Camp cooking skills
