Bar Cross Ranch – Family-owned, historical working ranch located in the Upper Green River Valley of Sublette County, Wyoming, near Cora and Pinedale, Wyoming.
Job Summary: As an integral member of the ranch team, the Housekeeper / Attendant at Bar Cross Ranch holds a key role and must possess a positive and detail-oriented approach to managing facilities. Teamwork and execution of responsibilities from the direct supervisor are of the utmost importance. Additionally, the individual must be capable of providing a quality service attitude in addition to the execution of responsibilities. Work ethic and a high level of integrity go hand-in-hand with safety, collaboration, and a professional approach to the position.
Responsibilities:
SAFETY – COMMUNICATION – LEARNING – SERVING – STEWARDSHIP – EFFICIENCY
- Safety – Equipment, Team Members, Facilities, and Surroundings
- Consistent, Daily, Above and Beyond Communication and Record Management with Manager, Operations Team, and Owner on all aspects of assigned work
- Attend, study, and train on areas of responsibility as directed to improve operation best practices continuously
- Assist and serve the ranch team, owner, guests and community
- Maintain a clean and organized house, guest houses and common areas/facilities with duties to include; cleaning, sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping/sweeping floors, windows, bathroom tubs/showers/toilets/counters, kitchen areas, dishes and counters, laundry/ironing management and outside patio area, and other general tasks
- Support special hospitality activities and events as needed
- Present an eye for detail, be considerate of others, execute professionally, provide high levels of customer service, and hold information confidential
- No allergies to pets (dog)
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and reliable to meet daily job attendance
- Execute all duties in an efficient and effective fiscal and operational manner
- Excellent time management in group and independent tasks
Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years experience in a similar environment working independently while a part of a team to maintain/clean facilities
- Available on-site on a regular schedule and during special flex periods to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Requires physically demanding activities, including carrying bulky items, hand-eye coordination with equipment, and working in areas of the country with extreme weather conditions and remote areas
- Driver’s License
- Capable of driving ATV as needed
