About Us:
Our ranch is a diverse and lively ranch home to a wide array of animals including cattle, sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys, guineas, cats, horses, bison, zebras, donkeys, a camel, water buffaloes etc. We’re looking for a dedicated, hands-on ranch hand to join our team and help care for our land and animals.
Position Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site ranch hand position offering a competitive salary of $2,500/month plus provided housing with utilities covered (electricity, water, and internet). This role is ideal for someone who loves working outdoors, is self-motivated, and has experience with or a strong willingness to learn about livestock care and property upkeep.
Responsibilities Include:

Daily feeding and water checks for all animals

Monitoring animal health and welfare; report issues or abnormalities

Repairing and maintaining fences and gates

Basic maintenance of ranch equipment and tools

Property upkeep including mowing, weed control, pool maintenance, greenhouse maintenance and minor repairs

Assisting with seasonal tasks (e.g., hay, calving, vet visits)

Other duties as assigned by the ranch manager/owner
Qualifications:
-
Prior ranch or farm experience preferred, but not required

Comfortable working with a variety of animals, including large livestock and exotics

Basic knowledge of hand tools and small machinery, heavy equipment is a plus

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Self-starter with strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Valid driver’s license
