Location: 75-acre private ranch in MARBLE FALLS, TEXAS (details provided upon inquiry)

I am looking for a reliable and experienced couple to help manage and maintain a 75-acre private ranch. This is a part-time opportunity (3–4 days per week) with duties split between household care and land/animal maintenance. Ideal candidates are trustworthy, self-motivated, and comfortable working around livestock and dogs.

Wife’s Responsibilities – Household Care:

  • Full interior cleaning and upkeep of a private residence
  • Laundry, linen care
  • Occasional errands or supply restocking

Husband’s Responsibilities – Outdoor Maintenance:

  • General upkeep of grounds, fences, and outdoor structures
  • Assist with care of 8 cows, 3 goats, and 4 dogs
  • Seasonal property tasks (mowing, weed control, light repairs)
  • Basic handyman duties preferred

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience on ranches, estates, or large properties preferred
  • Must love animals and be comfortable working around livestock

Compensation:

  • Competitive part-time pay, housing not currently provided
  • Additional benefits or flexibility based on experience
