Daily Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Clean stalls 1-10.
- Feed the horses according to the feed chart (mornings)
- Clean the alleyway of the barn once stalls are clean and horses fed.
- Sweep/dust tack room, vet room, laundry room.
- Hose down the wash rack.
- Clean automatic horse waters
Weekly duties and responsibilities:
- Water/drag arena
- Manes and tails
- Empty garbage cans
- Scrub down bathrooms and kitchen
- Empty and replace fly traps
- Wash/roll leg wraps
- Vacuum out horse feeders
- Anything else we may need help with.
A qualified candidate will have:
- First and foremost a good attitude and work ethic. You must show up on time every day and get the job done well.
- Driver’s license.
- Prior experience driving equipment is a plus.
- Prior experience around horses is preferred but not required for the right person.
- Family friendly type of person.
