After-Hours Attendant

The After-Hours Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of R-Ranch at the Lake during evening, weekends, and holiday hours when the main office is closed. This position provides customer service to owners and guests, responds to emergencies, enforces ranch rules, and serves as the primary on-site contact after business hours.

Essential Duties

Patrol the ranch and monitor facilities for safety and security.
Work in the store on Friday and Saturday night 5pm-9pm
Close the pool nightly (includes clean up)
Assist owners and guests with after-hours needs and emergencies.
Enforce ranch rules and report violations.
Respond to maintenance, medical, or security incidents and contact emergency services when necessary.
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate activity logs.
Communicate with management regarding significant issues.
Open and secure designated ranch facilities as assigned.
Operate ranch radios and other communication equipment.
Perform light maintenance or other duties as assigned.
Trash disposal throughout the ranch

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as scheduled.
Small housing is available at no cost (nothing fancy-very basic)
