The Resort at Paws Up
The Equestrian Department creates a once in a lifetime horse experience for our guests. Wranglers take guests on trail rides throughout the property, and lead them in cattle drives, providing a firsthand look at what it takes to create a thoughtful and engaged bond between horse and rider. The Assistant Equestrian Manager’s two key roles are to 1. Facilitate a productive, happy, forward thinking, can-do and organized environment in which Wranglers enthusiastically want to work toward the departmental goals and visions as established by the Equestrian Manager and 2. Work with the Concierge and other activities staff to schedule and fulfill all guest requests.
This is not, primarily, a riding position but rather an administrative and coaching one.
