Bell Cross Ranch
The Bell Cross Ranch is a privately owned and operated ranch in Cascade, Montana. We are a high-end lodge catering to our owners’ groups of 10 -30 people per week throughout the summer months; we also operate a working cattle ranch on property. The off-season months are spent taking care of livestock, cattle, and horses; as well as overseeing maintenance, repairs and upkeep to property and equipment.
We are currently looking for an assistant manager couple to train and work under the current Ranch Managers year-round. Our ideal couple will have background in hospitality operations, including lodge management and competency in the kitchen. This individual would be responsible for helping with meals, some administrative work as well as ordering food and beverage and ensuring a great guest experience.
The other individual will have a background in hospitality and guest services, ride and confidently lead groups on horseback, maintenance skills of lodge and surrounding buildings and have knowledge of horses/ cattle, landscaping and pasture management.
The Assistant Lodge Manager Couple job is a fast-paced position with room to learn and grow for the right couple. We offer on site housing and use of a ranch vehicle. No pets preferred.
