Barn help in Mayo Fl for housing, and or hourly compensation

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Barn Hand to help with the daily barn operations of our ranch in Mayo, Florida. Looking for someone who is hardworking, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work.

This position requires, but is not limited to:

  • Cleaning and refilling fresh water buckets and troughs
  • Feeding and general animal care
  • Cleaning stalls and maintaining a clean, organized barn
  • Keeping pastures clean and well-maintained
  • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and hardworking
  • No entitled attitudes – strong work ethic required
  • Prior horse experience
  • Loves animals and the outdoors
  • Attention to detail
  • Physically capable of lifting 65 pound hay bales
  • Clean and organized
  • Non-smoker
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys ranch life and  love for animal care
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Great fit for someone who works remotely or online (not required)
