Paradise Guest Ranch is a historic dude ranch nestled in the Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming at 8,000 feet. For over 100 years, we’ve welcomed guests from around the world to enjoy our stunning location, warm hospitality, and exceptional food. Be aware that working on a Dude Ranch is not easy. The hours can be long and we do require that all of our crew be willing to pitch in where needed.

Job Responsibilities

Guest Services/Bartender duties include, but are not limited to:

Bartending & Saloon Maintenance – Serve guests, maintain a clean and welcoming saloon, and uphold a professional bar environment.
Inventory Management – Track and replenish soda, beer and wine supplies as needed.
Accounting for Drinks – Keep detailed records of beer and wine consumption for both guests and staff.
Saloon Cleanliness – Deep cleaning required and maintained daily.
Appetizer Service – Present and replenish appetizers during Happy Hour.
Recycling & Waste Disposal – Empty trash, recycle glass bottles, and transport recyclables to an off-site center as needed.
Outdoor Maintenance – Ensure the cleanliness of the outside deck and saloon surroundings.

Season runs from May – Sept 20th.
