Crystal Creek Bowhunting
We are an 850 acre bowhunting ranch near Del Rio, Texas. We are looking for a ranch manager/guide for our commercial hunting ranch. We have Axis Deer,
Sika deer, Fallow, Blackbuck, Aoudad Sheep, whitetails, and wild hogs.
General responsibilities include:
- Guiding hunters, both customer and family/guest hunts.
- Tracking/trailing wounded animals for hunters,
- Logging hunters in paper and digital formats.
- Maintaining high fence.
- Maintaining ranch equipment and implements.
- Maintaining ranch roads using our equipment.
- General clean up of hunters lodge between hunters.
- Mowing, weed-eating, and tree trimming.
Housing and utilities will be provided.
Years of Experience: Would like at least 1 year of experience but will train if necessary
Experienced and qualified guides salary will start at $2,200 per month and could increase very quickly based on performance and commitment. A guide that takes care of hunters can match his salary in tips during all but the slowest hunting times. With sufficient notice we offer vacation time and select holidays.
