Fossil Gate Farms has an immediate opening for a Broodmare/Foaling Barn Attendee. This is a great opportunity to be part of a world-class horse-breeding operation. This six-day-a-week position requires experience, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, hardworking, and self-motivated individual.
Required tasks include foaling out mares, administering IM and IV shots, assisting farrier, administering medication, worming and vaccinating mares and foals, check and doctor horses as needed, and ordering feed and supplies, among many other things.
