Ranch hand needed for calving season on a family ranch in Laramie Mountains (outside of Douglas, WY). Immediate start; commitment through at least April 1st (with option to extend).
Duties include working with a small team to calve out both heifers and cows (500+); tag, doctor, sort; and perform additional ranch tasks as needed.
Our mission is raising quality cattle in a humane, sustainable, regenerative, and community-focused environment. We are GAP-4 certified and a Savory affiliate.

Seeking someone with a track record demonstrating reliability, self-drive, grit, and ability to work in severe weather conditions. You understand that ranching is not a 9-5 job. A compassion for animals, commitment to healthy land, and love of the outdoors a must. Note that we primarily use four-wheelers, not horses, in the winter.
