Ranch help needed for family ranch in Laramie Mountains (outside of Douglas, WY). GAP-4 and grass-fed cow/calf production, grazing and range management, irrigation and hay production. Savory affiliate. Mission is producing beef in a sustainable, regenerative, and community-focused environment.
Benefits include dormitory-style housing (private bedroom and fridge; shared bathroom and kitchen); utilities; and WiFi. Salary based on experience.
Seeking reliability, self-drive, grit, and ability to work in severe weather conditions. You will be working with others to calve 500+ head. A compassion for animals and love of the outdoors a must.
At minimum, position requires a commitment through calving season (January to April). Start date negotiable prior to January and open now.
