Seeking honest, responsible and mature individual(s) (would consider husband and wife) for live in position. Offering free board, utilities, WiFi and possible stipend. A person that is a writer, artist, seeking to continue their education or having a position outside of the home would be ideal. Quite a lot of down time.
Requirements: Drug-free, non-smoking. Horse experience. Clean Record.
Responsibilities: Looking for a part-time property caretaker and barnhand; feed and care for horse, and dogs and maintain barn when owner not on site. Less than 15 hours a week
Full-time living accommodations: private small fifth wheel travel trailer, electric, water and WiFi included. Located in rural Plant City Florida, a little over three acres – thirty minutes to Tampa, one hour to Orlando and West Coast Beaches.
