Small family ranch looking for caretaker.
We are looking for an energetic, responsible person to help keep our family property well-maintained and operating smoothly.
- 25 hours is required but full-time is preferred
- Job responsibilities include but are not limited to general maintenance of 220 acre property with small herd of cattle.
- Helpful skills include basic knowledge of equipment operation (skid steer, tractor, mower, chainsaw) Willing to train.
- Reliable transportation. May be asked to run ranch related errands
- Maintenance, up-keep and repairs of grounds, buildings and equipment
- Ideal person would be ambitious and ready to learn
- Able to be respectful of owners’ privacy
- References required. Caretaker is expected to provide evidence of a track-record as a trusted self-starter that can trouble shoot problems without need of hands on oversight by owner.
