Responsibilities include:
Ground maintenance , maintaining sprinkler system, planting and replacing trees, power washing buildings and all concrete, washing trucks.
Backhoe and tractor experience needed.
5 hours per day; Monday through Friday;
$2,000 per month for couple (House cleaning also needed)
$1,200 per month for individual
Housing included.
No room for any livestock or pets.
