We are looking for someone to look after a 450 acre ranch in Pagosa Springs, CO.

Responsibilities include maintaining access/roads within the ranch, taking care of four ponds on the ranch fed by San Juan River, irrigating and mowing fields, security of the ranch, and maintaining two homes.

Salary $30k-50k depending on experience, plus separate on-site accommodations and utilities. Open to a couple or single person.
