FARM MANAGER – REGENERATIVE CATTLE OPERATION
Northern Kentucky | Full-Time | On-Farm Housing Available
ABOUT THE OPERATION
We are a 1,400-acre regenerative cattle operation in Northern Kentucky, home to 200 registered Black Angus cows and their offspring. Practicing regenerative agriculture since 1988, we are pioneers in sustainable, soil-building farming — managing rolling, sloped terrain with a commitment to land stewardship and herd excellence.
We finish our cattle entirely on grass and sell quarters, sides, and whole beef directly to consumers. Our operation is well-capitalized and positioned for next-generation ownership, with strong financial backing for ongoing improvements in infrastructure and herd genetics.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage staff, and uphold our high standards of regenerative agriculture. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in meticulous work, thrives in an outdoor environment, and shares our passion for sustainable beef production.
On-farm housing is available for the right candidate.
