Position is a full time, year round position. Salary will be between $32,000 – $40,000 with housing included.

Upstate South Carolina ranch with a small herd of American Sugarbush Harlequin Draft Horses, and a medium size fold of registered Scottish Highland Cattle. Qualified candidate will have ranch/farm experience, be a hard worker with strong moral character and excellent work ethic. The candidate must have a passion for and love working with animals.

The farm’s mission is to raise the highest quality animals in both breeds on the farm. Owners are very involved in the farm and possess a drive for excellence. The candidate must have an emphasis on excellence. The owners will treat the candidate as part of the family, holding high expectations for ourselves and the candidate.

The job duties include: animal feeding, feed management, and other farm duties. Farm duties include animal care, mowing, equipment maintenance. Candidate will possess a high level of organization to be applied to duties on the farm. Owner’s long term goal is for this position to become a farm manager.
