4-L Ranch is seeking a hard working, driven and motivated individual to join our cow/calf operation.  Must have initiative and be able to take direction.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, daily care of cow/calf herd and herd health, silage production, various equipment use and maintenance and fence installation/maintenance.

Cow/calf experience and valid driver license required.  CDL experience is a plus. Heavy equipment operation is a definite benefit.
