4-L Ranch, Inc. is seeking a hardworking, driven and motivated individual to join our cow/calf operation.  Must be able to take directions.  Job duties include, but are not limited to, daily care of cow/calf herd and herd health, silage production, various equipment use and maintenance and fence installation and maintenance. Cow/calf experience and valid driver license required.

Married couples are welcome.  Salary based on experience. Housing will be provided.
