Located in picturesque northern Missouri and established in 1969 this family owned and operated cow-calf operation seeks ranch help for aging owners.
Duties / Requirements include: cow/calf daily management / practical vetting, fencing, and other farm duties as assigned. Ranch does run on horseback so some familiarity desired, but can be taught. 30 hours per week. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, have a valid drivers license, pass a drug screening / background check, and be at least 18 years of age.
No experience required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Compensation is room and board. Owners understand and expect an intern to want a part time job “in town” for spending money, thus very reasonable expectation with hours.
